Internal Reception Event

Brief: To create an elegant lunch reception area to support an industry meet-up: the aim being to show off the real potential of the space.

Solution: Wired decided to drape the whole room, which instantly transformed the space from a box into a softer more inviting space. By up-lighting with blues and pinks, and creating a fluid eating/networking area the venue became a relaxing area for guests to unwind and chat after the meeting. This was complimented by a stylish DJ booth playing background ‘Buddha Bar Style’ tunes.

Results: Guests couldn’t believe the contrast from the main meeting space and extended their lunch hour to enjoy the atmosphere, which increased networking time.
