Laser Show
Brief: To create a cost effective entertainment option that would impress the crowds and hold their attention without breaking the bank.
Solution: Wired proposed producing an outdoor laser show, as this would be the first of its kind in the area and would entertain the mixed audience. To keep the cost down, Wired suggested using a mixture of pre-developed laser programming to create two fast-paced and up-tempo laser shows that could be run back to back or at intervals to obtain maximum exposure. The area was surrounded by shops and public pathways so a full public health and safety assessment was carried out to ensure that the set-up could be enjoyed within these parameters.
Results: An estimated 3000 people came to watch the laser show and enjoyed every moment – positive press and word of mouth following the event far exceeded even client expectations.
