MWB Chocolate Event

Brief

MWB wanted to host a networking evening event that would give them an opportunity to showcase their Cannon Street venue to new potential clients. This event needed to keep inline with their recent chocolate themed marketing communication campaign.

Solution

Wired wanted to embrace the chocolate theme in a subtle and stylish, yet effective way. As guests entered the venue they were greeted with a glass of champagne before exploring the chocolate scented rooms. These are traditionally used as office and meeting venues, however for this evening Wired transformed the space into an atmospheric and sleek environment with the use of pink and purple lighting to colour wash the room. In the main space, a Chocolatier hosted their own chocolate bar where guests could learn about the sophistication of chocolate tasting and experience samples, but for those who wanted to simply indulge they could tuck into the chocolate fountain. In a separate room, four spa therapists gave ten-minute hand massages with chocolate scented oils and creams, offering a chill-out retreat that still supported the theme of the event. A live jazz singer provided background entertainment to complete the setting that reflected a place to socialise rather than a place of work, allowing  MWB to mingle and network effectively

Results

MWB were thoroughly impressed with the transformation of their venue and how the entertainment features Wired chose came together to bring their marketing campaign to life, resulting in attracting over 100 potential clients to view the space.
