Social Media Masterclass

Brief

In today’s digital society it’s not surprising more and more companies are trying to make their social media credentials stand out from the crowd.  Wired received a brief to create and deliver a unique and exciting social media event bringing together leaders and influencers in the digital industry for integrated marketing agency, Beyond.

Solution

With the limited budget in mind, Wired found the perfect venue in central London, Vanilla. The venue was the ideal blank canvas space that we were able to dress to provide a visually stunning backdrop for speakers and the guests.

On arrival the guests were greeted with the pleasant smell of vanilla floating through the entrance which served to lead them to the main event space. After a selection of light refreshments the guests found their seats for the start of seminar which brought together leading minds in the digital industry including speakers from Facebook, Microsoft and You Tube.

After a series of presentations and an extensive Q&A session the seminar culminated with a networking summit which took place in a relaxed setting within Vanilla with a selection of mouth-watering beverages and canapés.

Result

The event was hugely success in positioning Beyond as a leader in social media and, due to popular demand, there are now plans to make it a reoccurring initiative that will continue to focus on current and upcoming trends in social and digital media.
